Daily Feet Regimen
Using the Buff and Balm Daily. A quarter-sized amount of the Pedi-buff will be enough to put to the soles of the feet and have a moistened Pedi Wet or Dry Buffing Brush head massage the skin for about two minutes (do the same for each foot). Be sure to concentrate on the rough and dry areas like the heels and soles. Also, apply enough amount of the Pedi-Balm to your dry feet after the Pedi-Buff or Pedi-Boost Treatment.
Intensive Smoothing Feet Regimen
This regimen can be done twice a week. Use the Pedi Smoothing Disc on your dry feet (concentrate on rough dry patches for 30 seconds to 1 minute per area). After this, follow it up with the wet/dry buffing brush head. After this, dispense and put a nickel-sized amount of Pedi-Boost on each foot, massaging it over the soles of the feet. After about 3-5 minutes, apply enough amount of Pedi Balm.
For best results, after this Foot Regimen with Clarisonic Pedi Sonic Foot Transformation Pedicure System, a moisturizing lotion can be applied to your feet with a mixture of essential oils (make sure to get 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils). Here is a good recipe for an essential oil lotion:
- 1 oz. All Natural lotion or cream
- 1 teaspoon Vitamin E
- 10 drops Benzoin essential oil (anti-inflammatory, cicatrisant, antiseptic)
- 10 drops Lavender essential oil (cicatrisant, anti-inflammatory, antifungal)
- 5 drops Myrrh essential oil (antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, cicatrisant)
- 6 drops Geranium essential oil (analgesic, antibacterial, antifungal)
- 5 drops Tea Tree essential oil (antifungal, antiviral, analgesic)
Procedure: Mix well. Use daily on feet/hands, especially after a bath or shower. If possible wear cotton socks after application.
